National Circus Festival Ireland – 9–12th November 2017
“It’s circus Jim, but not as we know it!”
Run away with the circus for a weekend with us and be part of one of the most exciting festivals in Ireland. See eye-popping international shows, be sore from laughing at the absurd, and in awe of feats of incredible circus skills. Headlining the festival at Friday Night’s show is Svalbard Company from Sweden. At the heart of the festival is Circus Siamsa, a variety show, held each year in Siamsa Tíre theatre. This year, as every year, an entirely new show has been created by Fanzini Productions, bringing the stars of contemporary circus, street and variety performance to the stage in Siamsa. Handpicked acts from UK, Germany, Catalunya, Brazil, Spain and Galway will come for one day to thrill, delight and amaze the lucky audiences who are there to witness this unique spectacle! Don’t miss the children’s workshops at The Grand Hotel on Saturday and Sunday. “It’s circus Jim but not as we know it.”
